Tired of the treadmill? Come and join our exciting selection of  fitness classes.

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines wishing for a place to feel like YOU FIT IN, you found it! You will enjoy a wide variety of classes for men and women; taught by our supportive, approachable and motivating team of instructors. We limit class sizes to make sure everyone has plenty of room to move and to allow you to enjoy spending your well well-deserved “me-time” dancing, sweating, and most importantly having fun and getting fit.

Zumba / Dance Fitness

Tuesday 8.45-9.45pm [drop in class]

Dance yourself fit and happy with our drop in dance fitness classes for an all over body, cardio workout. This class is a pure hour of dancing to the best music with easy to nail choreography to get you pumped and feeling uplifted.
What to expect: We will get you warmed up and your heart rate increased, we’ll focus on footwork and coordination with some core and glute exercises. Expect a lot of cardio with a cool down at the end. £10 per class.

Fitness Courses

3 sessions per week

Each package includes: A personal nutrition consultation. 3 classes per week. Constant support. An end of course review.

We have 2 instructors for each class, and we only accept a limited number of members per course – keeping our clientele the same throughout the 8 weeks, only opening up to new member at the start of each new course. This creates a consistent, friendly, supportive atmosphere within our group where our members can be comfortable and are part of a very small, special group! www.3dburn.co.uk for more information & booking.

Body Conditioning

Thursday 7.45-8.15pm [drop In class]

Feel the burn with our drop in Body Conditioning class for a full body workout and to see how far you can go. Targeting all your major muscle groups in ways that strengthen and tone, this class puts you to the test and leaves you feeling awesome at the end.
What to expect: We will warm you up, then immediately get stuck into high intensity body weight and equipment assisted exercises, with a cool down at the end. Expect to work hard. £7 per class,

Personal Training

Private 1:1 Session

Canada Water Studios team of fitness experts are available for personal training  sessions at your convenience. Weight loss, toning, strength work, conditioning: the focus of the session is up to you. Sessions are available 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3, cost is £72 per 60 minute session.
