Saturdays @ 4.30-6.00pm
Profound relaxation. Healing. Nurturing. Letting go. Just being. With the body fully supported and able to rest, we allow our brains to relax bringing ourselves a whole host of luxurious benefits, included decreased stress hormones, lower blood pressure, improved digestion. Restorative Yoga is an excellent complement to more active physical practices. Classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes long. Prepare to enjoy a slow, calming practice. You will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Adult Class (Band 4). 90 minute class, £14.00 each or 5 for £67.50
Thursdays @ 8.15-9.30pm
The Rocket’ system is a dynamic and fast paced sequence with it’s roots based in the Ashtanga Series of Patthabi Jois. Rocket incorporates poses from the Primary, Intermediate, Third and Fourth series. Emphasis is placed on ‘flying’ into arm balances and inversions. The rebel cousin of Ashtanga, The Rocket is for those who love a challenge and to work up a sweat – don’t be put off though, as all levels of yogi are welcome. Adult Class (Band 3). 75 minute class, £12.50 each or 5 for £57.50. £96 monthly (12 class pass).

Pregnancy yoga classes are a wonderful way to honour your body and your baby, providing a nourishing, caring and calming practice. With a strong focus on breath, classes are a soothing combination of energising, strengthening (mental and physical), stress-relieving, gentle stretching and relaxing, all while fostering a continued mother-child bond. Recommended 13weeks+ pregnant. Adult Class (Band 3). £11.50 each when bough in a bundle of 5 classes (£57.50), or £12.50 for an individual class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Sundays @ 7-8.15pm
A full mind and body conditioning class. The classic for yogis who love to move, sweat and FLOW. The classes are well rounded and include a warm-up, sun salutations, a standing sequence, balancing, inversions, backbending, seated poses and twists, and finally a well-deserved relaxation. Vinyasa Flow is for all levels, with variations offered for different abilities. Because of its fluid nature, best suited to those with a six-month regular practice. Adult Class (Band 3). £11.50 each when bought in a bundle of 5 classes (£57.50), or £12.50 for an individual class.
Yoga + Pilates
Mondays @ 8pm
Rooted in yoga, informed by Pilates, inspired by dance. This class is a jammed pack hour of strengthening and stretching. Flow through vinyasas linked with Pilates toning exercises. A sweaty laughter filled hour of hard work. You will feel yourself grow stronger. 60 minutes. Adult Class (Band 3) £11.50 each when bought in a bundle of 5 classes (£57.50), or £12.50 for an individual class.

Rejuvenate, Nurture and Relax with your Baby! Parent + Baby Yoga classes are a wonderful way to keep yourself active, present and calm while interacting and connecting with your baby.
